Friends are supporters of the Playhouse who help ensure the future of this unique Stroud theatre venue. Membership is open to all.

For a small annual subscription, currently £5, Friends receive advance notice of programmes, priority booking facilities (including reduced prices for most productions) and access to special events - together with the knowledge that they are actively supporting a unique venture in the town.

If they wish, they also have an opportunity to offer their support, expertise and enthusiasm in various practical ways such as helping with Front of House or the Bar. There is absolutely no pressure to become more involved, but help is always welcomed if offered!
