Cotswold Playhouse

From April 2007 to April 2008 a major rebuilding programme was undertaken to provide a new and larger lounge, a large dance studio/rehearsal room, new toilets including disabled ones, an office/meeting room with some kitchen facilites, a set building area and lots more storage space.
On top of this, we have a wonderful new facade onto Parliament Street.

Support for the Rebuild

Financial backing for the refurbishment has already been received from the South West Regional Development Agency through the Rural Renaissance and the Gloucestershire First Partnership; The National Lottery through Arts Council England; the Foundation for Sport and the Arts and the Gloucestershire Environmental Trust, Cory Environmental Trust in Britain and Ibstock Cory Environmental Trust - these last three through the Landfill Communities Fund.
