The latest delay is because of problems with the design and supply of the reinforced concrete floor beams which sit on top of the steel RSJs. However, this has now been resolved and the beams are due in a couple of weeks (fingers crossed). Most of the design issues have now been resolved and we are now in the hands of the suppliers and the builders. And Mother Nature - she could throw a spanner in the works!
