- Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
- Exchanges are not possible for any Playhouse event.
- Latecomers may not be admitted to the auditorium until a suitable break in the performance.
- It is the patron’s responsibility to check that the details on any tickets issued are accurate. Please check tickets carefully for the correct production, date and performance time.
- If, for any reason, a performance cannot take place, tickets will be refunded. Unused tickets must be sent to an address which will be notified and refunds will be made by cheque.
- If, for any reason, a performance cannot continue, refunds will be at the discretion of Playhouse management. If refunds are to be given, contact details will be collected and refunds sent later by cheque.
- Note that as the Playhouse does not operate its own box office, no cash refunds can be given.
